Good to know
- Floor 2 of 12: quiet, no open view.
- Not a very bright apartment. Photos will show the real light, unedited.
- One full bathroom (shower and toilet) plus a separate guest toilet: 1.5 baths in US terms, a shower room with WC and a separate WC in UK terms. We're getting a contractor's assessment for adding a second shower.

Here the handover is certain (July 2027), the safe room already exists, and there is no linkage to the construction-input index. For context: according to BDI, more than 270 building contractors collapsed in January–April 2026; according to the Finance Ministry's chief economist, cancellations of developer purchases (deals from 2023–2025) rose from 1,294 in January to 1,821 in August 2026.
What does "4 rooms" mean?
Israeli listings count the living room as a room. Here that means a living room and 3 bedrooms, one of which is the safe room.
Which floor is "floor 2"?
Israel counts like the UK and Europe: the ground floor is 0. Floor 2 is two floors up, which Americans would call the 3rd floor.
